Privacy Policy
In short: I only collect what you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone, project) to contact you about your real estate project. Your information is never sold or shared beyond what is strictly necessary to serve you.

Kémy Réhel, residential real estate broker, in good standing with the OACIQ (Quebec's real estate broker regulator), affiliated with Équipe BL agency.

What information is collected
Contact form
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message content you write
Valuation form
- Name, email, phone
- Property details for valuation (city, type, area, year, bedrooms, bathrooms)
Technical information
- No advertising tracking cookies.
- A session cookie is used only for the admin panel (restricted access).
- Standard hosting access logs (IP address, date, page) are kept for security and diagnostics.
Why and how your data is used
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Contact you about your real estate project;
- Provide the valuation or estimate you requested;
- Meet legal and professional brokerage obligations (OACIQ, Real Estate Brokerage Act).
Who it is shared with
Your data is never sold or shared for third-party marketing. It may pass through the following providers, only so that we can respond to you:
- Vercel (website hosting, United States) — policy
- Web3Forms (form email transport, European Union) — policy
- Google Fonts (typography loading)
Form content about you is delivered to Kémy Réhel and, until full handover, to Masko Développement inc. which operates the website.
Retention
Your contact details are kept for as long as needed to respond and complete your project, then for the period required by the OACIQ (generally 7 years after the end of a brokerage file). After that, they are securely deleted.
Your rights (Quebec Law 25 / PIPEDA)
You may at any time:
- Request access to the information I hold about you;
- Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate;
- Request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations;
- Withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption for all communications. Admin panel passwords are hashed (PBKDF2-SHA256). Data is stored on secure servers (Vercel) with automatic backups.
Changes
This policy may be revised. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated to you by email if you are an active client.
