Areas served
I am based in Longueuil and I work across Montreal's South Shore. I also travel to the island, in the areas that are close by. Knowing an area is not knowing its name: it is knowing what sells there, how quickly, and why one street is worth more than the next.
Main areas served
The most populous municipalities on the South Shore, plus the island areas within reach of Longueuil. This list changes as properties are listed.
See every municipality on the South Shore
Longueuil includes the boroughs of Greenfield Park, Saint-Hubert and Vieux-Longueuil.
Live near one of these without being on the list? Call anyway: a territory rarely stops at municipal lines, and it is better to ask than to assume.
And on the island of Montreal
My work is centred on the South Shore, where I live and where I know the neighbourhoods street by street. That said, Longueuil is minutes from the island, and I gladly travel to the areas that are easy to reach — downtown via the Jacques-Cartier bridge, the east end through the tunnel, the southwest over the Victoria bridge.
If your project is on the island, call me: we will look together at whether I am the right person for it. When I am not, I say so — and I know people to refer you to.
Why the area matters this much
Two similar properties fifteen minutes apart do not sell at the same price or at the same pace. Proximity to a commuter train station, a school's reputation, traffic on a main road, an announced development project: those details separate a quick sale from a property that sits all summer.
That is the kind of thing better told over the phone than in writing.
Do not see your municipality?
The South Shore is large and this list is not a border. Write or call: we will see what makes sense.
A question, a project?
Every situation is different. The simplest thing is to talk it through.
