Three ways to work together, depending on where you are. In all three, it starts with a conversation. I am based in Longueuil, I work across the South Shore, and I travel to the island of Montreal when the area calls for it.

Where to start

Most people do not fit neatly into one box, and that is normal. Here is how to find your way:

• You are thinking of selling, someday, without knowing when. Start with value: it is what makes everything else concrete. Most projects begin with that question.
• You need to sell and buy. The two are planned together, not one after the other. The order of operations and the gap between the two transactions get discussed from the start.
• You are buying for the first time. The vocabulary is learned along the way. There is no silly question in a transaction this size.
• You are just watching the market. A conversation commits you to nothing, and it is better to talk too early than too late.

What all three have in common

None of this gets settled in writing. A property is visited, a value is explained on site, an offer is discussed point by point. This site is here so we can get acquainted; the rest happens in person, at your pace.
